UniqueDisplay Return Policy
1. General Return Conditions
Return Window
All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
Item Condition

All returned items must be in new, unused condition with the protective film intact and all fixings included.

Items with the protective film removed are considered non-resalable and cannot be accepted for return.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
This fee covers handling, inspection, packaging, and re-stocking processes.
Postage Costs

Postage/shipping charges are non-refundable on all returns.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label (except in cases of damaged items see below).
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please provide:

A valid UniqueDisplay dispatch confirmation email

Your order reference number
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
3. International Returns

Shipping costs are non-refundable for all international returns.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning items from outside the UK.
4. Damaged Items
Notification
If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Replacement Parts
We are happy to send replacement parts free of charge for any damaged sections.
Returning a Damaged Item
If you prefer to return the damaged item rather than receive replacement parts, we will provide a free return shipping label.
5. Return Processing Time
We aim to process all returns within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Once your return has been inspected and processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
